Guest guest
Hi Folks, I have had what I believe to be tendinitis in the bicep tendon of my elbow joint since a pull-up injury 6 months ago. I am 53. It hurts most in palm-down curls, or when turning a screwdriver. Last month I started exercising it with higher reps and lighter resistance using a chest expander, but I would feel it after a workout. Two weeks or so ago I abandoned the idea of exercising. This was, coincidentally, timed with the arrival of the Holiday Season. Today I read a post about the safety of isometrics vs. weights. It caught my attention. Do you think it is better to continue resting it, or could you suggest a rehab program with bullworker or isometrics? Thanks, Marc
