I am looking for a plan for implementation of ABA based teaching in a school

setting. The autism specific classroom is 4 children (4-6 years old) a

teacher and a paraprofessional. None of the instructional staff have any ABA

experience.

Specific questions:

Length of initial training workshop (didactic)

Hours of supervision of staff working with a student initially and over the

school year

Inclusion of other school personnel in training (SLP,OT, APE, Regular Ed

teacher)

How training is implemented prior to the next school year for previously

untrained personnel (assume none are already trained)?

Thanks,
