Guest guest
I bought Lima brand French Atlantic Sea Salt ( " unrefined, no additives, no preservatives, no heating " ) for $3.28/kg at my coop. You can visit their website: www.limafood.com--just ignore the veg. agenda and soy products. >From the website: " Lima’s sea salt is harvested according to the traditional artisan techniques in the salt marshes of the island of Noirmoutier, in Vendée (France). It is grey and " humid " and tastes great.

They may not all be chlorides, but there is probably quite a bit of calcium chloride and potassium chloride in it too. Zack
