Does strep affect OCD even if it is not PANDAS?

Strep increased 's OCD. Actually any fever seems to increase

it a bit. But have never been able to tie in his OCD as the PANDAS

type. When he had strep, his OCD really increased and took a few

weeks to die back down. Increased worse with the strep than with just

fevers alone.
