Guest guest
Variety meshes well for me in staying the course since returning to work from an extended holiday furlough. During the work week, with employment limiting time and energy for other things, I'm now doing 20 or so exercises with the Bullworker with a day or two off between sessions -- seven contractions for each exercise with an isometric hold on the last. This makes for at least two sessions between Monday and Friday. Saturdays are for recuperation. Sundays are reserved for high rep isotonics and iso-motions with the Steel Bow -- using the lower resistance spring. Strength training with the Bullworker takes less time, and is less daunting after a day's work. Endurance training with the Steel Bow is a longer session and, for me, is best done when refreshed and not crimped for time. So too, something might be said here for " muscle confusion, " or the benefit of taxing the muscles in a variety of routines.
