Every time I listen to one of 's visualizations, I get so very relaxed that I fall asleep. All of a sudden I'll hear her voice again and have no idea how long I've been out or what I've missed. It's driving me crazy. I think that my mind absorbs what's being said, whether I'm awake or asleep, but I'd hate to think that I'm missing out on the most important part of the visualization because I dozed off.
