Instead of reinventing the wheel, I was wondering if

anyone would mind sharing any examples or ideas for

in-home therapist contracts? And any ideas on how to

set up pay scales? I have girls wanting anywhere from

$10-$30 an hour with varying degrees of experience.

Any help, ideas, or suggestions would be greatly

appreciated!!
