greetings everyone! compulsive overeater who just joined today!

Dear friends,

I have just started listening to IOWL for the past 2 weeks and am so

grateful to be part of the group.

I have recently lost 20 pounds and have done well in keeping it off.

Although, to be honest with all of you, I have a huge problem with

COMPULSIVE OVEREATING. For the first 15 pounds lost, everything was

going great: I was working out daily, eating right and looking/feeling

great! But, like said in her blog, the part inside me that is

not in alignment came out: Atleast once a week for the past month, I

have binged on food. Everytime I swear this is the last time I will

ever do this to myself, but even yesturday, I commited my sin again! I

then feel like crap, sometimes cry, and thus make up for it by eating

as healthy as possible and work out like crazy.

Luckily, my good days have out done the bad and I have steadily kept

losing weight but I KNOW this is not ok. I hope to find guidance and

support from you all and to one day proudly define myself as a healthy

and moderate eater :) Any suggestions or support would be highly

appreciated. If anyone wants to become a contact for some kind of

support team would be great too!
