Guest guest
I love the Garripoli DVD but I dont think it is really for beginners. It is the BEST qigong workout I have ever done. Yeah, there arent a huge number of qigong teachers in the US in general. Tai Chi either. The TaiChi18.com website does have DVDs of the first and second (much harder) shibashi sets. I like the Shibashi set, because it is good for beginners and requires less in the way of balance and endurance. Rerally good for all ages and all physical health. Only about a 10-20 minute workout. > I live in rural midwest, where classes are not available. Guest guest
Yes I do. If the program doesnt have a set of thier own warm up exercises, I do the first set from the Step by Step Tai Chi by Lam Kam Chuen. Great series of exercises. I know people use the first Tai Chi Shibashi set as a warm up as well. > Question for you, then. Garripoli has a section he calls something > massage. The other dvd has warmup movements that seemed similar. Do > you do a set of warmup movements before beginning the energy workout? > > > > > > > Thanks for answering, Randy.
