Hi Penny,

I like your idea about dancing. I have belly-dance songs and other

dance music on my iPod.

My solution to getting off my duff has been to stand up to watch TV.

My self-imposed rule is to stand for at least 1 hour. Just standing

there is hard to do so I usually end up doing various exercises. But I

don't have to...I can just stand there if I want.
