Guest guest Posted February 29, 2012 Report Share Posted February 29, 2012 During the testing of isobow I only used my steelbow once I have started useing it again and my stomach is really feeling it I am doing the crunches side & front medium spring. A I am very sore that month off from useing feels a little like i am starting over again but it's good I feel it working it goes to show that muscles do get use to a pattern and it's important to mix it up . I am a little surprised it feels like three tight lines across my belly any way useing both Devices together should produce awesome results!
