Guest guest Posted April 21, 2012 Report Share Posted April 21, 2012 Now i'm getting a taste for exercise I want to do more. Currently i walk each morning plus do the Sit@home Steel Bow routine. I want to add a 30min.(?) exercise workout for in your home (not the gym or down @ the park) that i can do 3 or 4 times a week. Anyone got any routines in PDF or Word or vid.
