That is great that acupuncture is

helping! Do you have an e-stim tank? I have no idea why it helps

neuro patients, but subjectively it is quite amazing. Mine is a

Vetsystems tank. I have used it for about 5 years and I like it better

than localized e-stim. My acupuncturist has used the machine for doing

e-stim on acupuncture sites, but I can honestly say I have NO idea why or how

that works. Then my last thought is that Adequan given at acupuncture

sites has an added benefit for the majority of dogs who can benefit from the

acupuncture plus from the Adequan on their old joints!

That would be considered an early morning

brain unload I think!

My own

pet is having this problem. Cholidin made her sick, but acupuncture seems to be

helping.

Honestly Jeff, I do not know for

sure! My acupuncturist says that the Adequan puts pressure on

those acupuncture points as it absorbs… approximately 15-20 minutes,

which is how long she would leave her needles in. The Adequan is absorbed

normally and it’s mechanism of action does not change… it changes

the viscosity of the joint fluid and it has an affinity for diseased cartilage

sites… I’m sure others know more about it than I do, but it is my

number one favorite drug based on results.
