Behavior Consultant: provide home behavior consultation to parents, conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans as needed, train staff or parents to implement plans. Home Program Consultant: provide educational programming for children with autism and/or developmental disabilities, work with direct care staff, knowledge and experience in applied behavior analysis (verbal behavior knowledge a plus) Home Program Direct Care Staff: implement educational programming, one on one with student with autism or development disability. Experience working in a home program or with a child with autism preferred. Knowledge and experience in applied behavior analysis or verbal behavior a plus. Social Skills Consultant: work one on one or in groups to provide social skills training to individuals with special needs including autism. Previous experience implementing social skills training preferred. Many of services are provided in the Central NJ area. However, we continue to receive requests for services outside of these areas so please feel express interest.
