Hi, ((((Kathy)))). Wow, your trip is next week! I hope you are both

able to enjoy it and have a great time. Maybe just the change of

scenery will help.

Just wanted to comment that PMS can make the anxiety worse. Plus the

SSRIs can make anxiety worse, before it gets better, which you

probably already know. Our son would have an increase in anxiety with

each increase in meds, before it would settle back down. I hope Joei

is able to get some good results from the meds soon. It's been a

long, hard time for you both as you've tried to find the right

medication for her. That can be rough. We were lucky in that the

first one worked for our son. I know not everyone is that lucky.

Our son also put on weight with the meds. I just bought him a Wii Fit

for Christmas. I'm glad to hear you like it. I'm hoping he will too.

Exercise is a good thing to combat anxiety too. But, he is not

dedicated to doing it. He's more of a computer geek and brainiac.

I'm hoping to combine his love of games with exercise, with the Wii

Fit game. We will see.

Hugs,

BJ
