Laurie McCauley, DVM TOPS Veterinary Rehabilitation Grayslake, IL drmc@... www.tops-vet-rehab.com From: Joe Sent: Monday, September 15, 2008 10:10 AM To: 'Dr. Laurie McCauley' Subject: 2008 ACVS Pre-Symposium Laboratories Laurie, Could you please forward this to your mailing list? The Advanced Pain Management Lab at the ACVS next month will include PST-Vet Pulsed Signal Therapy, Cold Laser and other modalities. I think this is significant in assisting the veterinary community to accept non-invasive therapies and can do nothing but help the growth of veterinary rehabilitation. As of Friday there were still openings. Thanks. Joe Register now to participate in ACVS’ highly respected laboratories … These popular hands-on laboratories fill fast so don’t wait, there are only a few spots left. Chronic pain and practical and effective treatments will also be addressed. Modalities taught will include epidurals, regional blocks, electromagnetic biofeedback resonance, programmed continuous rate infusions, pulse EM signals, photonics (cold laser) and others. The laboratory will be divided into six equal-timed stations with different modalities being addressed on live dogs and canine cadavers.
