I haven't heard that, but that doesn't mean anything. <smirk> I made healthy changes to our diet a few years ago, trying to eat more nutritiously. My family adapted without even knowing they did. lol I know what you mean about the expense. Nothing cheap about fruits or vegetables, lean meat, or organics. It never hurts to try a diet change. If it works like it has for Judy, that's great. BTW, Judy, glad to hear it helped your daughter.
