Guest guest
: Thank you for making me realize I am not the only one. I do tend to have blow outs as well if I do not eat when I am hungry. But to be honest, I never paid attention to whether I was hungry or full and this is definitely a way for me to get in tune with myself. I have used food to deal with my emotions / stress and let me tell you,for me it's a challenge to learn new ways of dealing with my emotions and stress. But doing it with compulsive eating is not an option for me anymore. It makes me feel miserable and my health is suffering. I am getting there though. Really choosing foods that are good for me and not so much looking at it as a diet, but just learning to choose foods that are healthy for me. > I am new to this group and am glad to have found it.
