Guest guest Posted February 29, 2008 Report Share Posted February 29, 2008 Hi Jean I just bought the book Cardio Free by Jim Karas in which he says that weight training is totally where it's at, that you need to go to muscle failure within 10 reps. Anything else is truly just a waste of time, including cardio. Controversial to be sure, but it makes sense to me. I am currently following his workout and loving it. You might want to check it out.
