One of the things I think we all need to work on is being judgmental of

ourselves. We are our own worst critics.

So, there are no bad decisions. There are just decisions, and healthier

decisions.

And while I am at it, I want to welcome all of the new members here. I think

you will find that we are all in the same boat. As a group, we can easily

row to shore regardless of the current.

Hi Kimmie,

I know how frustrating it can be to lose and then gain the weight back. Yet

this is exactly the key to moving forward. You now have an opportunity to

learn from this experience. To mine it for an inner objections to being slim

fit and healthy. Find their meta outcome - their positive intent, then set

your intent to find a better way to achieve that intent that makes you slim,

fit and healthy.

Also, a great opportunity to self correct. Remember, that's the game. Self

correcting and learning from your experiences. Congratulations for being

back on line and back on your Naturally Slender journey.

Kate,

Thanks for sharing your experience. I found it inspiring...I've been

listening to 's podcasts for a little over a month now and have

lost 7 lbs. I just got back from vacation and managed not to gain any

weight and felt like I didn't have to try. I've never felt so in

tuned with my body and it feels great. From 's latest podast,

I'm trying to practice persistence and patience. I've always tried to

lose the weight as quickly as possible but just gained it back and

gave up on whatever diet I was on. But in listening to , I feel

like I've found a whole new lifestyle and a version of me that I love.

I've learned to nurture and appreciate what I eat and the hunger

signals my body gives me. I feel like if I maintain this throughout

my life, the extra weight will eventually come off.

Thanks,

Roseanne
