About a week ago on this group, this book was mentioned (The Four Win). I went to Audible.com and downloaded it, thinking I would get to it after finishing the podcasts. So today I started listening and right away she mentioned a template to download from the CD. Well Aubible.com didn't get me a CD. Has anyone else experienced this?
