Guest guest
I want to put this out there and get some feedback from everyone because I am struggling so hard with it. Like many of you, I am up for work at 6:30am...at the office by 9...work until about 5:30 or so...home by 6pm. Make dinner...if I don't have a dinner meeting...and off to the gym. Home by 10pm and crash. There is literally no down time to relax and I am burning out so quickly. I can't seem to get it all in. I tried waking up early for the gym but I REALLY need my 8 hours of sleep. I don't get much alone time, little time with the hubby or my pups. I feel frustrated. This could be me making excuses but I am not sure if that is the case.
Guest guest
I imagine you are feeling burned out. That is quite a schedule. I imagine your weekends are equally full. Here are some suggestions: Trade a gym workout for a 20-30 minute workout tape at home. Take a walk to the park with the hubby and pups. Get some dumbbells and do a workout with them at home. Save the long workouts at the gym for the weekend, when it is usually easier to juggle your schedule. If there is a paticular class at the gym you want to go to, keep going to that. I know I skipped over the obvious one (Make your hubby your workout buddy). Randy
Guest guest
Thanks for the advice Randy. I would like to work out from home. I am going to work on putting that together. Thank you. As I read your suggestion to take my dogs for a walk...I chuckle because it was -7 degrees today and my little pup...Chloe (Cocker Spaniel) jiggled the entire time outside...so funny. I can't wait until summer. LOL > > I imagine you are feeling burned out. That is quite a schedule.
