One profiled a family lamb farm in New Zealand (where apparently, all lamb is purely pasture fed) and the other was an article on Belgian lambic beer made the old-fashioned way ( " spontaneously fermented by wild yeasts " ). I love this magazine; it by no means follows NT guidelines (sugar sugar everywhere), but the journalists scour the globe for authentic recipes--no lowfat agenda here! The pictures are gorgeous too!
