KK and LeAnne

Congratulations to both of you, .... And your right KK, this is truly amazing we

somehow all found at the right time and for reasons of our own, we all

came together to listen and learn about more than just losing weight, but

learning to love ourselves more!!!

Welcome to you both..

Hi everyone! I thought I would take a moment to introduce myself to

the group.. My name is LeAnn. I am 39 years old and 50lbs

overweight. I lost about 30lbs 4 years ago and kept it off for

almost two years. I was in a car accident and then had surgery and

between those two events I ended up gaining all my weight back and

then some.

I am realizing that even when I had lost the weight and was keeping

it off I never really felt like a " thin " person. I always had the

fat mentality. I found 's Podcast on iTunes and have been

listening for the last couple weeks. I am so excited to realize

that the self sabotage was not a negative thing. As soon as I

started looking for the positive I found it and found a huge relief.

I am not able to exercise at this time as I have to have another

surgery and my physical abilities are limited. It is really hard

because I have been very physical and have exercised so much prior

when I originally lost all my weight.

My husband and I are talking about starting to walk together so we

can both get some exercise (he is recovering from hip surgery). So

there you have me in a nut shell. :) Thanks for being here and I am

so happy I found IOWL! :)
