Just thought I'd say HI. I haven't listened to all of 's episodes

yet - I'm still digesting (ah, replacing food with words) the first

two. Last year at this time I decided (yet again) that I needed to try

again to lose weight. Except that I focused on finding health and

well-being. If I strived to be healthy by making good food choices 80%

of the time and daily physical activity, then I would likely lose

weight. If I became healthy and stayed at 300 lbs, I'd be a miracle

and I'd be OK with that. Not surprisingly, I'm not a miracle and I've

given up 65 lbs this year. And I am so much healthier. So much so,

that I need new motivations. That's why I've found myself here.

Redefining my motivation so I can continue to strive for health for

the rest of my life.

On a side note, I didn't " lose " weight - I don't want to find it and I

don't want it back!
