Guest guest
With all the talk about qigong (much of it by me, I know), I thought it would be a good idea to tell you about a wonderful Tai Chi program. Dr Lam developed a Tai Chi form for people with arthritis. It is even recommended by the American Arthritis Foundation, and many other countries arthiritis foundations. You can get his video Tai Chi for Arthirits from Amazon or directly from his website at http://www.taichiforarthritis.com/. Dr Lam's videos are some of the best instructional videos on Tai Chi I have ever watched. And I have watched a lot. In addition, the form is an easy one to learn. And once you master the twelve movements in the first video, thereis a second one Tai Chi for Arthritis 2 that adds 6 more movements and gives you a 32 movement form using the 18 movements. All of the movements are easy and do not require super low squatting or extended periods of standing on one leg. This is a wonderful system for anybody to learn. It is good for physical fitness and mental clarity. Randy (No, I am not being reimbursed for these comments)
