Guest guest
This email is in response to a recent message to the group that, somewhat broadly, discussed the merits of RDI vis-a-vis ABA. I should like those who would claim that applied behavior analysts have not considered, have ingnored, or simply aren't adequately aware of the (arguably) broad spectrum of human experience (e.g., what functions as reinforcement) and, consequently, have turned to " disciplines " such as RDI or theories involving " mind " for better answers that there is, in fact, a much better answer with ABA written all over it. I highly recommend the ABLLS-R for just this grand purpose (understanding and training many of the subtleties of human interaction). Dr. Partington has tackled what has needed to be tackled for some time, and, in my professional opinion, done a spectacular job. Hampel, Ph.D., BCBA --------------------------------- Don't be flakey.
