Guest guest
Helen tarja ou tarjado is a label applied to medicines, indicating which can be sold over-the-counter or need medical prescription to be bought. AS far as I remember, there is " sem tarja " , for the over the counter ones, " tarja vermelha " , for those which require the prescription and " black tarja " , for which not only the prescription is mandatory, but also a " blue " paper is used with name, address and ID of the buyer. These blue ones refer to medicines as sleeping pills, psychiatric ones and the likes, as well as other strong drugs for serious illness. So, the receituario branco tradicional is the normal medical prescprition and the receituario especial is the blue for this latter kind of drugs. Maybe Lucia Singer could clarify this even more.
