X-post (I hesitated to post this because it is not strictly-speaking, ABA, but

there is so much that is about just plain good teaching, including for those

with specialized needs, the development of the DI model/instructional design and

some of the stumbling blocks to implementation of good practice in the public

arena that I thought it might be of interest.

Dr. Siegfried Engelmann, the originator of the Direct Instruction curriculum

model has posted the manuscript of a book that is currently seeking a publisher

for. In the meantime he is making it available for free download to the public.

Chapters have been posted at 2 week intervals, and at present chapters 5 and 6

of 7 are posted.
