Guest guest Posted February 21, 2002 Report Share Posted February 21, 2002 Hi all, So, I am discovering the wonderful world of raw cheese and I have a question: when the cheese is particularly sharp I get a " tingle " in my mouth--it's not totally unpleasant but it feels a bit like an allergic reaction. I don't have any other symptoms and I don't have any known allergies. Should I be concerned that my body is not happy with the cheese--or the real question: " IS THIS NORMAL " ???? Thanks!
