Good morning,

I have just started listening to , and found this group. I have

been just reading some of the topics.

I just wanted to say hi to all. I am trying to stay motivated, but at

times I have to confess especially this time of the year it's hard. I

had a traumatic event happen a few years ago this month and it is

difficult to stay positive. I have lost a few pounds, and really

learning how to live like a natually slender person- something that I

have never thought I would EVER be- but I seem to be struggling.

Is there someone out there that has any insight??

talks about, in one of the episodes, that this JUST might be a

time when, once a year, you worry about " self-correcting " after you

get through the hard times. But also, if you are truly KIND to

yourself during this time, you might try giving yourself permission

to not meet your goals during this period, to NOT always self-

correct. By freeing yourself to make a mistake during this rough

time, you might actually have greater successes than you expect.
