I LOVE the four day win!!! I listen to it regularly (audiobooks!), I find it

motivating and it has really helped my efforts. My first " ridiculously easy

goal " was to start back on weight watchers and to just track my points for four

days. I did it easily. sometimes I went over my points, but that wasn't my goal,

only to write every last thing down (I lost 4lbs too!). Next I worked on slowing

down my meals. I am a nurse and frequently wont get a dinner break till ten at

night and my shift is almost over so I tend to gobble, very, very quickly. I did

pretty good at slowing down, I would race into the break room rapidly open my

dinner container, then force myself to take one bite, quickly close the

container and leave the room, thereby slowing down the part where I actually

ate! I also have practiced " being the watcher " which does seem to put me in a

better and calmer mood. Any time I need motivation I turn it on and listen,

maybe choose one of her 4 day

wins, and get back on track. Anyhow enjoy the book, she has lots of great

advice for actually doing the things that we know we need to do to lose weight.
