Guest guest
I am happy to hear about your relief and improvement regarding your hair growth because of the tea. I too, have some similar issues and am glad to hear of your success in this testimony. Iti's only been a month for you. Inside of two days, on just 2 oz I have such amazing energy. Dina Hi I'm new I'm not sure where to post this but I just thought I would say " hi " . I started brewing the Kombucha about a month ago and now I'm hooked. I have thyroid-adrenal problems and I experienced hair loss for many years because of those health issues. Since drinking the Kombucha and using SeaChi (products containing Kombucha) I can't believe how my hair has thickened. I have tried countless things, spent oodles of $$$ and I think I practically worsened my adrenals by trying all these different ways of healing! It's been just an endless search but now that I'm brewing the Kombucha I feel so relieved by the new hair growth. It gives me a lot of energy too. I'm looking forward to learning more from this group!
Guest guest
a, if you go to 's web site, you'll find each of the podcasts have a transcription, so you can quickly glance through them & cut & paste the 'homework' questions into your word processor of choice! here's an example of Episode 52 - http://personallifemedia.com/podcasts/216-inside-out-weight-loss/episodes/21538-\ turning-bad-into-good-law it's been really great to have a written transcript vs. having to listen & try to write at the same time! now I can listen while walking then when I get home, give a quick review to the written info & copy out what I need or want to work on. hope that helps! I've downloaded all the podcasts and have listened to the first 15. Some of them multiple times. My question is if anyone has all the homework questions written down. I listen a lot in the car and can write it down. When I get home I have a hard time remembering and going through which podcasts had homework questions. Thanks! Guest guest
Looks like the transcripts aren't there for older episodes. > > a, > > if you go to 's web site, you'll find each of the podcasts have a transcription, so you can quickly glance through them & cut & paste the 'homework' questions into your word processor of choice! > > here's an example of Episode 52 - http://personallifemedia.com/podcasts/216-inside-out-weight- loss/episodes/21538-turning-bad-into-good-law > > it's been really great to have a written transcript vs. having to listen & try to write at the same time! now I can listen while walking then when I get home, give a quick review to the written info & copy out what I need or want to work on. > > hope that helps! > > Colleen > > > > ________________________________ > > To: insideoutweightloss > Sent: Wednesday, November 19, 2008 11:39:07 AM > Subject: Hi I'm new > > > I just discovered IOWL a week ago or so.
