Thanks for the discussion to this topic, but perhaps I should clarify.

My school district offers VB, but is in the process of replacing the

BCBA on staff with an autism classroom teacher with very little DTT

experience (translation-more cost effective). I am looking for support

to show that someone qualified (certification, education and

experience) is needed lead a program.
