Congratulations! These victories may seem small, but they are indeed major

steps to achieving your goal.

Good for you KaileysMom!

I really like the idea of everything in moderation. If I told

myself " no pizza " for the rest of my life I think I'd die!

You seem to be not only noticing the accomplishments you make no

matter how small, but celebrating them.
