Ok Darrell:

First things first all you have done since logging in is complain, and

disbelieve that this could actually work. I would have to ask you why are

you so determined to discount this program? why are your negative

influences so intent on disproving this program. If you are as open

minded and as positive thinking as you state why do YOU! continue to have

negative influences in your life. Think for yourself do the program

yourself than you decide if it works for you.

I have been following the program to the letter as it appears in the

book. My before picture is posted at the web site. I follow the workout

as it appears in the book, I eat the protein bars, I drink the shakes, I

use phen free and just started using the Betagen.

I'am in my fifth week and I totally believe that this program is working

and will benefit me in more ways than just getting healthier. At the end

of this 12 week program I will post my after photo and you tell me if

their is a change. Also I have not done any more working out than what is

in the book. I'am doing this at home not at a gym I have no spotter or

someone helping me. People around me have said that they see major

changes in my appearance any of which would be more than willing to speak

to you privately about it.

The problem with SMART people is they spend too much time trying to

figure things out thats why they never GET IT!

Sometimes things become possible if we want them enough. What do you

want?

Walt : ))

AMEN to that! Sometimes our intellect gets in the way. In twelve-step

programs, one of the widely-used slogans is " act as if " . Meaning -- act as

if this will work, act as if you can do it, etc, etc. Sometimes, " acting as

if " is the only thing that keeps me going. I don't try to reason it out or

put any logic to it, I JUST DO IT and I just have to have faith that I can

and will succeed. Plain and simple.

Darrell, I was listening to a tape made by Drew Avery last night. He is one

of the first Champions. He lost 8 pounds of bodyfat and gained 8 pounds of

muscle in 4 weeks. He had been working out in the gym for 4 years. He

certainly wasn't a novice. I have heard many stories of guys in the gym who

weren't getting the results they wanted until they tried this plan. It

seemed to jump-start them. Just keep going Darrell, keep going... Lean.

Lean,

Thanks for the advice. I'm sitting here at work reading my email and

listening to some good, fast SKA music, after my 11 a.m. meal and wishing I

was in the gym!

Thanks,

darrell
