Guest guest
I should remind you of a few things in regards to your post and Nelaeni's. Weight does not indicate health. A " healthy " weight does not indicate a healthy person. Not eating the rights foods, not getting the right nutrients, even if you are at a healthy weight, means you are not healthy. This group isnt really about losing weight as much as being healthy. Second, healthy people can deal with things that unhealthy people can't. If a person is relatively healthy, then his/her body can better deal with junk food than somebody who is not healthy. Think of it like this: your body can deal with so much " damage " and still allow you to function. People who are overweight already have one or two strikes against them, so they cant take much more. But people that are healthy can take a strike or two from a candy bar or potato chips and still get a hit. So while yes, naturally slender people do occasioanlly eat junk food, we aren't there yet. When we get to a point where our body is healthy and so is our relationship with food, the the occasional junk food wont a bad thing. But now, it is.
