Family Will

Hello:

I need some help or suggestion. I am in the process of writing a

family will and I was told that I should not put our son to inherit any

property bcause in that case he may not qualify for any Govt assistance.

I would like to know if any of you have any specific kind of will

that I could follow. I often travel and I feel that I should have a will

for my family.
