HI and welcome this is an amazing community of like minded folks.

I spent years on call and that means sleep deprivation and when it's been

extremely stressful and I am sleep deprived I used to want greasy junk !! I

actually recommend lying in bed and reading medical textbooks, they seem to

work for me to put me to sleep every time! I have lots of old ones if ya

need some!!! (LOL)

Ah on a more serious note - I have ear plugs and an eye mask that makes it

look and sound like night. Ihave one of those machines that plays rain or

surf noises but it only seemed to irritate me.

Thanks for the offer, I do have a couple of books that will put me to

sleep too. I actually fall asleep without a problem, anytime, anywhere.

I have a very hard time staying asleep more then 3 hours. And when I

get really tired, the only thing that goes in my mouth is fat and

processed food, the worse it is for my health the more appetizing it

is... I know exactly what you are talking about! I actually am starting

to use the thechnique where I check with my stomach and try to see how

the food i want to eat will make me feel.

Hello everyone,

listened and cought up with her around the beginning of november now, I
