I am starting to get over the habit of using food as a reward. But does this mean that I can't still consider ice cream or chocolate or tortilla chips a treat for the taste buds? Do I have to feel bad when eating them? I know they're not healthy - but naturally slender people eat crap food now and then. Is it okay if I love to eat? And if I love ice cream and tortilla chips? It doesn't mean I eat them everyday, but I don't have to feel bad about eating them *sometimes* and in moderation, right? Just a little confused here - I'll admit to being an absolute foodie.
