Guest guest
I have joined joined the group. I have been listening to IOWL since about April, and has helped me SO MUCH. I am learning a lot, and trying to keep improving and not give up. My main problem is that I tend to be too much of a skeptic, and too negative. I have to work on my positive thinking. I haven't listened to all the casts yet. I just listened to the one about success journal, and I think that will help me a lot. I sometimes get impatient and frustrated, like right now. But overall, I have improved so much, and I am changing my lifestyle and thinking slowly. It isn't always easy though. I have a hard time with this self acceptance thing! I am still working on it. I just don't want to accept my belly the way it is (although I have already lost about 20 pounds and my body is so much better than it was, and my health too). I just want to hold on to that freedom and security that my belly and torso flexibility offers me. I am afraid to let go of my eating crutch, and my belly is too. Well, I would appreciate any comments or ideas. Have a great day! Eileen

Guest guest
I think that 's husband is coming off as a complete jerk. Wow. As someone FROM middle America, I'm pretty offended by his remarks. Get over yourself buddy. He's super critical of people who are overweight.yet this is the group of people his wife seeks to help.
