I took a day off from Iso-Bowing yesterday to give the muscles a little R & R.

Upper body was aching pretty good so I figured a day of rest was in order.

I will get back to pulling on the IB today. How is everyone else doing with

their workouts?

I love the ISO-BOW...

In addition to the isomotion exercises, I have found it to be a great tool for

self resistance exercises such as curls, tricep extensions and lat pulls. The

length is perfect and it gives me better leverage than the typical limb against

limb style of performing them.

True, Marc. I'd say that Iso-Motion, in and of itself, is self-resistance. Early yesterday morning I stood out in my back yard with bare feet on the grass, Iso-Bowing. It made me wonder if Iso-Bowing could be a form of Tai Chi with resistance.

I must watch out when standing bare footed in the back yard

Treading on a barkers egg can slow your isobow work out down!
