Dear Parents Conducting Home Programs and/or Behavioral Professionals,

We are surveying parents who have established home-based, early,

intensive, behavioral intervention programs (EIBI). If you are a parent

of a child up to eight years of age with autism or an Autism Spectrum

Disorder (ASD) and manage a home EIBI program, please take our survey.

It is confidential, can be done in less than 20 minutes and is

posted-on line at:

If you are a behavior analyst or have a role in supporting parents who

run EIBI programs, please share this email with these parents.

If you are connected with an agency or organization supporting parents

we can provide paper copies and prepaid mailers for the surveys. If you

wish to receive a batch, please indicate the number you would like and

send an email to me at * jscott@... * Be sure to include the name

of the organization and the full address.

The on-line survey and the paper survey are the same but we know some

families prefer not to use the internet for these purposes.

Note that upon completion parents can request a summary of results via

email if they wish.
