Hello everyone!

So I have just begun listening to 's podcasts and I just

finished listening to the two parts about the secrets of the

naturally slender. I am posting this mostly to find out what other

people have observed with respect to their eating behaviours.

So far I have come up with a few ideas. The first is that they can

pass up dessert whenever they want. I personally cannot leave a place

with dessert provided without trying at least half of a piece of pie,

or a bite of cake, etc. I find it so weird. The second thing I

noticed is that thin people often throw away food. There's another

thing I have never been able to do. I will even eat things I don't

like in order to avoid throwing it out! And I am referring to moments

when it is served to me, not if I take excess. Because even the

children in Africa cannot have the extra food served to me by the

cafeteria ladies. And my final and most significant idea is that they

can avoid thinking about food. For me, food is constantly on my mind.

What I am eating, what I am going to eat, what I did eat... I just

can't stop thinking about food and obviously that does not help the

weight situation, since the more I think about it, the more I want it.

So those are my three ideas. I have decided to try to live the

naturally slender lifestyle by listening to my body and eating when I

am hungry. I am going to stray a bit from my dietician's advice to

eat something approximately every 3 hours.

So if anyone else has any opinions, they would be greatly appreciated.
