With everyone talking about jogging and running, I thought I'd share my

exercise. For the last year or so, I have been eating poorly and not exercising

and ballooned up to 210lbs (that's about 60 lbs over what I was 3 yrs ago).

Anyway, I found this podcast and started considering what exercise I'd like to

do. I joined a gym but have been too embarassed to go. But when I started

thinking about what exercise I would find FUN and MOTIVATING, I thought of

dance. I have always loved to dance and somehow had let this go. Using

Limewire, I downloaded a couple of 70's disco dance mix songs (approximately 30

minutes) and started just dancing to them in my living room. It's a blast! The

only downside is that I break into singing Abba tunes without noticing it at

work.

Gotta love the Journey!
