Guest guest
I wanted to ask other agencies for some feedback regarding how your agency maintains client schedules and teams. We are a private agency serving approximately 60 children in San Diego County. I know that scheduling is an arduous task, however, I feel as though there may be easier ways to develop, maintain, and track the schedules of our various teams. We have several teams, each team working with a set group of children. We rotate therapists within teams (and occasionally outside teams in the case of sickness, etc.). We currently employ a full time scheduler to develop and maintain the schedules. I would appreciate input from other agencies pertaining to the development of therapy teams, scheduling, and even software programs that have been helpful. Thanks in advance!
