Guest guest
Dear , I assume that you live in the USA, so cannot recommend a particular brand. I am using Seven Seas, I don't know if you can get that or not. I take mine in some orange juice, as it makes it much easier to swallow and you don't get fishy burps (gas) either. I am afraid that if i buy just any old brand it might be rancid. Guest guest
I bought some carlsons cod liver oil about eight months ago and never opened it (it's not in capsules and the bottle seal is not broken). It's been in the fridge since I got it. Does anyone know whether it's still fresh enough to take?

Suze, You will find the reference in the original article that was linked in my post. Reading the study first hand should answer all your questions. I did find that same quote that Peat used on other web sites, but didn't find the article they are all quoting. I might be able to find it if I spend more time searching, but I don't have the time now to continue the search Suze Fisher Web Design & Development http://www.suscom-maine.net/~cfisher/ mailto:s.fisher22@...
