It is currently backordered. Does anyone have a suggestion of a product that either can be obtained at a health food store or i can order for patients? i know there are lots of cranberry products available, but don't know if there are superior products versus ineffective ones. Guest guest
There is Cranberry comfort from Vet Classics. It's a more basic, fewer ingredient, long term formula. , DVMAlbuquerque, NMVetriScience makes a product caled U.T. Guest guest
Hi Mona, Have you thought of getting those dogs of the "gluten" (wheat, barley, rye, oats and bran) in their diets. Well documented in many books, is the relationship with chronic UTI and kidney problems with cats and dogs. Go to Symens, DVM at www.dogtorJ.com about gluten sensitivity with animals. Information regarding gluten free foods at: Caninecuisine.com and gluten free food for dogs.Read the book: Dangerous Grains, from Braly, MD and you will be surprised about the information regarding UTI. Just my two Dutch cents, Kortekaas, PT www.fullspectrumcaninetherapy.com Cran- vet alternative For Chronic UTI cases, I have been using Cran-vet for about a year and do believe that is works.
