Hi there. I know what you mean by " the look " . It is heartbreaking!

Joei and I have been using humor lately as well to laugh at her thoughts.

The other day she had a thought and told me about it and the said....

" that's the stupidest one yet mom! " . It may not take all of the anxiety

away from the situation/thought, but it helps her to realize she can get

through it
