Guest guest
Brave!! and Woo Hoo for you! Great idea & motivation! Weightview.com and motivation Hi everyone Well, I sent pics of myself in last week - in my underwear, brave li'l me - and got the most amazing pics back within 24 hours. I now have pictures of how I'd look at 20lbs, 50lbs and 65 lbs less than I am now, and it's been *the most amazing* motivational boost. I had no idea how I might look, and my powers of visualisation are slim to say the least. So trying to eat intuitively to lose weight was like going on a journey with no destination. But now there's a picture of me at 130lbs pinned up next to my home desk, the change in me is incredible. I have a destination! I strongly recommend to everyone that they submit pics, it's awesome! Way better than looking at old pics where you're slimmer and younger, that just makes you feel wistful for the past. This lets you see what the present you is going to look like. .. Guest guest
Abi, I am so glad you posted this!!!! I have always wished that there was something like this. I don't have any old pictures of what I want to look like, because I have never been the size I want to be. I have always been overweight. This sounds perfect. I have a hard time visualizing as well, and that is one of my biggest problems, because like you said, it's like there is no destination. I am going to go check it out now! Guest guest
Abigail Thanks for the information. I am in NEED of it right now. I will try that. I have about 35 pounds to loose and I am struggling daily to stay motivated this time around. > > Brave!! and Woo Hoo for you!
